This business under two different disguises *** sent me trial samples of two different products back on 2/4/2020 advertising a 30 day free trial. I tried the products for 2+ weeks with no sign of improvement with the physical problem I was having. I called their customer service number and was placed on hold for a lengthy period of time and was hung up on at least once. I finally got through to a representative and requested cancellation of any orders that were active on both products. I got cancellation numbers for both on 2/24/2020. Meanwhile, I checked on my credit card that had been used to pay for shipping and handling of the two trial products to find, to my surprise that I had been billed on 2/21/2020 for $87.43 and $89.65 by these two companies for bogus materials. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed both charges...on 2/24/2020. They will make inquiries and eventually get charges dropped but this has been a prime case of deceptive advertising and illegal use of my CC information to get more $$. This appears to be shell company with 2+ subordinates selling materials that are bogus.

We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer
frustrations and have responded to the complaint by offering full refunds of as of today on 2/28/2020
Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further
charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show from the refunded date. Also,
please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for
the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. The system does
not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless
he acknowledges the terms and condition of the product. The customer is automatically signed onto
our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the customer finishes
their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer
service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Nevertheless, the
customer account has been canceled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged.
It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the
customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed
onto our monthly subscription.
