I received the refund on July 19, via PayPal and am satisfied with the resolution I am requesting you take appropriate action to update your files reflecting this new information and mark the complaint closed/resolved Regards, *** ***

I’d like to personally apologize for not responding to all your request to get this resolved.  I would still like to make this right, even if it’s too late to save face at this point.  I’ve been busy with personal issues and frankly was just remiss and yours was one I didn’t get to....

 I thought Chris was handling it and perhaps he thought I was.  Either way, I owe you a big apology.  Did you have issues with both the Kayak Kit and the 3”?  It sounds like it came off a wood boat with varnish, is that right?  Would you be interested in having it replaced with the correct version of KeelEazy at this point or would you just like your money back?  I can send out another Kayak Kit as soon as we get black in (It should be here in about 5 days).  Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
