The refund was issued on 6/10/2015. Here is the reference number: *** *** M. Fed Ex showed the packages delivered so we have to assume the customer received the merchandise. Even though Fed Ex wouldn't refund the money we still issued a refund. We were out the merchandise
and the shipping cost and yet still issued a refund. We told the customer we would issue her a refund and promptly did within business days of her first complaint. She told us she had purchased a towel from another company without giving us a chance to ship her a new one then demanded a refund which we complied with
