The refund was issued on 6/10/2015.  Here is the reference number: [redacted] M.  Fed Ex showed the packages delivered so we have to assume the customer received the merchandise.  Even though Fed Ex wouldn't refund the money we still issued a refund.  We were out the merchandise...

and the shipping cost and yet still issued a refund.  We told the customer we would issue her a refund and promptly did within 5 business days of her first complaint.  She told us she had purchased a towel from another company without giving us a chance to ship her a new one then demanded a refund which we complied with.

This company has the worst customer service ever! I was referred to this company by another fellow wheelchair user. I needed a new wheelchair with a tilt and could only qualify for a modification. After the fitter came to my house and evaluated my wheelchair. He said he would submit my paperwork for a physical therapist to come and evaluate me as this is a medicare requirement. This was June of 2014. After two months of not hearing from anyone I began to call Keeler's and ask for the gentleman who came to my home. I would leave messages but no one would ever call me back. They were not forwarding him the messages. Fast forward to June of 2015 I finally was able to get the modification evaluation and paperwork submitted. It is now August, and I've been told that the parts were ordered to they didn't tell me that, that there was a problem with their account with the vendor, to as of Monday 8/19/2015 that they are now having problems with vendor. But i'm hearing this from the receptionist Carol because they will no longer talk to me. I left messages with the owner, the office manager, the person Tawnee who flat out was lying to me the whole time. I cannot believe that they could treat a person like they have treated me. Do Not use these people!! They do not care. I honestly wish I could sue them.
