*** *** has filed a compliant against my company, Phoenix Commercial Brokers, and me, with the Revdex.com for a lease between her company and *** *** As stated in her complaint I represented the Landlord in a lease agreement with *** *** *** states
in the complaint that I am the project manager of the Landlord space, which I am notI am the real estate agent of record for this transactionMy obligation to the Landlord and the Tenant is to negotiate a lease agreement between the two parties, which I didI, in no way, have ever represented that I manage the project, space, construction, tenant improvements, financing, accounting or any other aspect outside of the real estate brokerage.I completely understand the frustration *** *** has endured throughout this lease processI have equal frustrationIt has taken far to longI have remained involved only to assist with passing information between the two partiesIt is not typical for a real estate agent to remain involved, as my obligation is to negotiate an agreement between the two parties of a lease and then step awayIt is then the responsibility of the Landlord and Tenant to complete the transactionIt is precisely because I chose to stay involved that *** *** now feels the need to file a complaint against my company and me at this time.I have continuously and consistently passed along every update from the Landlord to the Tenant throughout this process and arranged multiple meetings between the two as well as additional agents, architect, engineer, etcI will tell you this dispute is between the Landlord and Tenant and I have only stayed involved to help disseminate information between the two.I am not very clear as to the actual complaint against Phoenix Commercial BrokersI suspect that *** feels that I have given her incorrect information; even lied to herShe is shooting the messenger, as I have no way of changing the outcome any more than she doesAnd, I have never lied to her. *** asks that we get the job finished as her desired settlementI also would like the job finished as I only get paid if the job is completedI have no power on achieving this outcome for *** or myselfI repeat I am only the real estate agent and nothing moreWhen she includes me in the desired outcome she is still misplacing the responsibility hereI am unable to require the Landlord to do anything.I have answered this complaint and ask that it be removed from the Revdex.com based on the complaining parties lack of understanding of my position with this project
