Keen Auto was recommended to us by a family member who has taken his vehicles to Keen Auto for many years and was able to make payment arrangements with the owner on different occasionsWe needed to fix our vehicle ASAP but also needed a mechanic who was willing to take payments or a post-dated checkKeen Auto was able to work with us on the payment however, upon pick up of our vehicle I noticed the problem was still persistingKeen Auto agreed to re-look at the vehicle and agreed to only charge labor on whatever needed fixing (on top of the $we already paid the first time)We decided to take it to another mechanic who was able to diagnose the problem in less than minutesOur repair costs were $Our mechanic asked us what Keen Auto did and how much we paidWhen we told him Keen Auto charged us for a steam clean of our power steering pump, he informed us that this was in fact never done and quite frankly the pump looked filthyWe were unable to drive our vehicle after Keen Auto tried to fix it (since the problem still persisted) so the filth was not due to drivingWe are requesting a refund of the steam clean from Keen Auto and are hopeful he agreesIf not, we will be filing a complaint with the WI Revdex.comIn the future, although Keen Auto was gracious enough to allow us to pay with a post-dated check, we will not be taking our vehicles to Keen Auto and have recommended our family member not do so either!
