To Whom It May concern: [redacted] 's system was installed early in She was told "this might get her by for a few years due to the way system was installed" Our company went there several times due to (frozen coil) bad on compressorKeen Climate Change gave her three options Ductless system New system duct work Keen climate Change never heard from [redacted] In early April of this year 2016: she called and said her system wasn't workingShe said no one else had been there or worked on her systemWhen Keen Climate Change arrived 11nd began to lookat her system: clearly there was a " [redacted] " sticker on her system OVER our stickerShe said she forgot but that they did not do anything to her systemFinally she admitted they installed a damper, and completed a Spring PM A damper was installed in the supply air duct The liquid line filter drier was gone I called [redacted] while at her home in Chelan, WA and asked her what was going on? That's when she blamed Keen Climate Change for not installing correctlyShe also said that " [redacted] " told her the same thingKeen Climate Change spoke with " [redacted] " and they explained how a system could get "slimed" but NOT that Keen Climate Change did anything wrong, Keen Climate Change gave [redacted] a proposal to replace said compressor for FREEBUT labor is never free" [redacted] " even told her the compressor would be free butnot the laborSince then she may use whomever she chooses to use [redacted] has changed her story repeatidly from the beginning, We have done our best to work with her; but we did nothing wrongHer system has NEVER been checked for ''slime"; only someone saying they smelled ItSorry, that Isn't even accurateAs does " [redacted] "They feel this is very inaccurate by the other hvac companyAnd If you will note; his last line clearly states: they were not there, so they truly do not know anything Keen Climate Change Heating & AC [redacted] ***
