That's when she blamed Keen Climate Change for not installing correctlyShe also said that " [redacted] " told her the same thingKeen Climate Change spoke with " [redacted] " and they explained how a system could get "slimed" but NOT that Keen Climate Change did anything wrong, Keen Climate Change gave [redacted] a proposal to replace said compressor for FREEBUT labor is never free" [redacted] " even told her the compressor would be free butnot the laborSince then she may use whomever she chooses to use [redacted] has changed her story repeatidly from the beginning, We have done our best to work with her; but we did nothing wrongHer system has NEVER been checked for ''slime"; only someone saying they smelled ItSorry, that Isn't even accurateAs does " [redacted] "They feel this is very inaccurate by the other hvac companyAnd If you will note; his last line clearly states: they were not there, so they truly do not know anything Keen Climate Change Heating & AC [redacted] ***
