***, the owner of Superior Skylights is a nice person, but not an honest businessmanAfter the hailstorm of 2016, he was the most attentive and seemingly customer service oriented of the roofing contractors I contactedHe is an excellent communicator until the check is in his account and then he is, oddly enough, harder to get in touch withHe replaced the roof (May 2016) but in order to get my business he promised that we could decide which skylights we liked better (opaque vs clear) and he would change them out any time at no costHe also promised that he would put a solar attic fan on the roofAfter countless calls and texts, he has never changed the skylights When he installed the attic fan he did not bring a power cord long enough to put it in the sun so it is effectively uselessFive months later, he still has not corrected this either

On March 23, my roof was damaged by hailI contacted Superior Skylights and Roofing for the repair., which was completed on June 23, and was paid in fullMy insurance company ( *** ) and I have tried to get a Hail Resistant Roof for Class Shingles certificate from Superior for months, but to no availI was told before signing the contract that Superior would handle insurance requests
