I place an order on March 25th on their website for (10) Captive Nuts (or Speed Nuts) which are [redacted] parts for a project I am currently involved with Here's what I have been dealing with: 03/25/3:PM - Your parts have been ordered from [redacted] delivery time from [redacted] to our shipping facility is two business daysWhen your order has arrived we will ship it to you on the service you chose at checkoutThank you for your business04/01/12:PM - Good afternoon Mr [redacted] , Unfortunately our order of these clips was shorted by [redacted] I have placed an emergency order for re-fulfillment and they should arrive at your location by this Friday 4/3/I will upload the tracking number as soon as it becomes available to meI apologize for the delay in your order and if you have any questions please let me know04/03/3:PM - Order shipped, *** **tracking number:**SSN**The [redacted] tracking number was for a completely different person/order! Upon calling them, they gave me the correct tracking numberAPRIL 6, - The order arrived today with only out of the Nuts that I had ordered! So, I called them back, they said they would send me the additional (missing) Nuts and now I have to wait once againWho knows? Another week, or two? We shall see

In reference to complaint #***. The ***.com website had a misprinted price on a *** *** *** of $1045. The customer put in a inquiry to our Internet dept and was informed through our internet dept that the price a misprint
The websites do state that pricing is supplied by dealer or a third party site. It also states that they are not responsible for errors or omissionsPricing was corrected
Any reasonable person would know that the price was a mistake and that you could not purchase a *** *** *** for $

The [redacted] tracking number was for a completely different person/order! Upon calling them, they gave me the correct tracking number.
APRIL 6, 2015 - The order arrived today with only 1 out of the 10 Nuts that I had ordered! So, I called them back, they said they would send me the additional (missing) 9 Nuts and now I have to wait once again... Who knows? Another week, or two? We shall see...

Something is wrong with this dealer...
I sat in the service department waiting room and was stunned to watch what was happening. The service manager came out to almost every customer and and informed them of additional charges. I didn't think that much of it until it was my turn. I asked them to re-set the headrest. The price was $68.00. I said ok. The service manager came out and said that it involved taking the seat apart and they would need an extra $100.00 from me. Really? I had scheduled service done. He asked me if I wanted a new air filter for $104. Really? I think the scheduled service included that. I wanted the car inspected. He said that the car had an exhaust problem and it would cost $1,600 to fix. ...but the car passed emissions testing. Really? All of these things might be explained, I'm sure, but to be honest I am not going to stick around with this dealer. They don't deserve my business. I am going to just take the car to another dealer that is more honest. I suggest you do the same.
