Review: I purchased a vehicle (2004 dodge 2500slt with 105[redacted] miles on it) on 8-29-13 from the dealership and started having transmission problems with the vehicle a couple of days later (about 100 miles put on the vehicle) but could not contact the dealer until 9-3-13 as in that was their next business day. They say that there is nothing that they are willing to do for me and that there is nothing they are required to do. The repairs required for the newly purchased vehicle will be thousands of dollars and I paid well over 23,000 for the vehicle after fees and other charges.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the vehicle repaired at the dealers expense or to have my old vehicle returned to me and to let them take the newly purchased one back with the necessary refunds to myself and my bank. I understand that they paid off a loan on the vehicle I traded in and payment will have to be made accordingly by myself in the end for the re-ownership of my old vehicle if this occurs.
