The issues haven't been resolved I'm in the process of going thru warranty company mr *** has stated I have been very hard to please let's just say I have had over different people show up and do work and only one was on time or even came on the day they were supposed to I have over 50-hours out of me life waiting on their poor contractors do to keene homes communication

Mr. [redacted] and I have been back and forth on a number of issues.  He is very hard to please, and trust me we have tried.  His home was enrolled in an Insured Home Warranty Program, and he has been given the information on that if he wants to move forward...
