I unfortunately made the mistake of renting from Keene Student Rentals between Aug 2013-May The worst problem, was my landlord "Bri"There were multiple occasions where she would show up unannounced and open my LOCKED apartmentThis happened one time when I was coming out of the shower!
When I rented from Keene Student Rentals utilities were supposed to be included in my rentShe allowed my heat to run out twice during the winter and I had to spend nights sleeping where it was only degrees in my apartmentMy driveway was only plowed about half the time it actually snowed during the winter
When I first moved into this apartment there was a propane leak in my stoveIt took over a month and half to get my stove fixedHow was I expected to cook food?
Did I mention that my driveway was the repair man's personal parking space? EVERY SINGLE DAY he would park in my driveway, often blocking my car in, and would go hang out at his buddy's house who lived directly behind meThis caused me to be late to work SEVERAL times
PLEASE for your own good do NOT rent from Keene Student Rentals or BriThey take advantage of KSC students in every aspect
