Beard Chevrolet is the most corrupt car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of doing business withThey knowingly sold a physically handicapped person a USED vehicle, well knowing it was USED and returned, from another customer/another dealershipWhen ***, Chevy website and *** itself all confirmed the 1st owners full name, all Mr*** *** GM of Beard did was change up the true information and falsify records internally rather than make this rightHe admitted the salesman was "known to stretch the truth" and the salesman himself admitted "OK, I knew and I lied" AFTER the sale, but STILL 3x trying to re-negotiate, they illegally priced/taxed the car as if it were NOT a passed off 2nd lease/owned vehicleI EVEN ASKED if anyone for any reason had returned this vehicle, as the salesman did not look up the ad I came in for that day, but instead lead me to a 337- mo vehicle that had no papers etc., on it, and as they were towing away my lease THOUSANDS of miles and a paid month ahead away from a reputable dealership years prior, the salesman *** slammed the door on me when *** said, "Welcome back Ms(other name in full) how have you been enjoying your new Chevy since last Feb? (Sure enough, her name/info came up on Chevy website as owner, not mine, from *** dealer, not mine!) and *** simply said THIS IS ANOTHER LADY and slammed the door3X I have gone back for recourse, Mr*** *** literally threatened to have me removed and said he would have the car towed away at my expense if I tried to return it after learning the truth, even *** shows a 6mosprior 1st lease! These people are criminalThey saw a physically disabled woman alone, and refused to fix things even after *** admitted yes, it had been sitting on the lot from another ***, MA dealer for months, and had been returned by a woman there and swapped hereNow that I see there's more to the story, and even Chevrolet headquarters would not help negotiate for me? I'm thinking of hiring a professional appraising service and pursuing recourse for fraud, they bullied me, terrified me, and literally made me shake, and I recently learned in MA any larceny of a physically disabled person over the sum of is a major felon indictmentEverything is hard copied evidenced and I can prove everything I am writing hereThis dealership is evilAbsolutely evilPlease pray I get recourse as I'm too terrified of these people to go there for so much as a service call or oil change, yes they are that corrupt, evil, brutal, and beyond unprofessional, threatening to have YOU removed for politely sitting with your hands folded explaining THEIR criminal actionsBeyond shameful, they even covered over the ***, MA back bumper with a double *** Beard emblem on both sides of the bumperSTAY AWAY from this dealership! They all lie from the salesman to the office manager to the general manager! AND they won't recourse after they've been found out to have committed fraud! Instead, they will bully YOU with threats of being removed and towed, honest to God recount here by an ordained ministerThank you and God bless
Brought my year old Truck in for a check engine lightStaff was polite and helpful and work was done on time More people are keeping vehicles longer or buying used so hopefully the service department will focus on high milage vehicles as well as the newer vehicles
I purchased my vehicle and within the year after buying it I have brought it back for the same problemEvery time we bring it in they tell us that they can feel the shutter and they say it is normalThe last time I brought it back in was because when I took my foot off the gas to slow down with out the brake it rever up as though it was in nutral so I looked down and it was not, so I put my foot back on the gas and my car bucked so hard that I almost got hit by oncoming trafficThe dealership keeps telling me that it’s and it just isn’t! I don’t feel save driving my kids around in this car that they sold me
