Keeneland Crest Apartments received the above complaint regarding *** ***. We have spoken to Ms*** and the issue with her washer and dryer has been resolved as of Monday, September 28th. We had attempted to enter Ms***’s apartment previously but were
greeted by a large dog at the entrance of her apartment and were unable to gain access. Ms*** made arrangements for us to enter on Monday the 28th and we were able to resolve the issue the same day. Regarding Ms***’s question about the cost of renting the washer and dryer; the washer and dryer in her apartment are actually being given to her as a monthly concession.
