We have been going through this process since October of 2016. The first day Keener Roofing's crew put the siding up in the front we contacted the owner and asked that he coMe out to look at their work as it was all crooked and some pieces buckled together because it was cut too short. He agreed that the job was done incorrectly but decided to let them proceed. Only a couple of days after the work was completed it started falling off the house because it was not snapped together correctly and buckled out. Also, our house lights were all put on upside down and the siding around it was all cracked We again had him come out to look after persistently calling and texting him. He said he would show up and then never did. Too many weeks went by and it got too cold for him to fix it. He offered to give us a partial refund or come tear down the siding and put up new since it was buckled and falling off. We did not want part of our money back, we wanted the problem fixed. So we had him give us a contract stating that he would come out in spring and put new siding up Once Spring came, again, we had to consistently reach out to him and beg him to come out and do what he said he would. Once he finally came out in May he did indeed tear the siding off, but instead of replacing it with new siding he put up the same buckled warped siding that fell off during the winter. Two days later it was falling off again because it was buckled since it wasn't cut right to begin with. At this point we will considered the issue resolved with a full refund since he is no longer willing to come back out and fix the issue. No threats were ever made while he was here. We did let him know via voicemail that we wanted to give him a chance to rectify but if he could not do so, we would have to contact the Revdex.com. We are unaware of any situation with melted or burned siding from our grill. This he never spoke to us about. Also, his crew put on a new roof and we have had no issues with that whatsoever.
