Regarding this incident I have spoken to the person/s involved and they are aware of the outcome of this account This account is regarding a physician bill, we have received confirmation from that billing area that the account is now a zero balance The account at our hospital has also been adjusted and Medicare will be refunded their payment I personally spoke to the person involved on 8/8/and sent them a confirmation email regarding the write-off [redacted] ***Business Office ManagerSentara RMH Medical Center
