Keep IT Simple has billed my company for services that were never rendered.They have also double billed us for multiple locations on services received. This all went unnoticed until November 2019. When asked about returning us the money, they said they would and would send us a check for one amount and refund our credit card on the remaining amount. After 2 months of asking nicely where our money is, a check was sent out that couldn't be deposited because it "wasn't authorized." A cashier's check was sent to replace it and was received 4 days after being told we should be getting it overnight. The credit card has still not been refunded in the amount of $37,930.80. After dealing with this for months, I have decided that it isn't going to be refunded and am taking this action.

Refund Send a Cashier's check to me immediately in the full amount. I have disputed the most of the charges with the credit card company on 1-13-20 as well. I could not dispute 2 charges on services never rendered, however, and would like that to be returned to us. On 7-24-19, $3,169.37 and $4,414.28 were both charged to my business credit card and need to be returned.
