I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There has been no solution provided by the owner of this business. One can simply [redacted] this company and see the complaints showing that this isn't the first time this has happened. Our claim is not fabricated. The movers did in fact damage our goods. We have no problem stating what was previously on our furniture. The movers left large scratches, a crack, wood chipped off, broke our sons playset, and put a hole in our couch, among other things. Our claim response was in a timely manner as it states in their paperwork 1 has 70 days to dispute. Our goods couldn't even be looked at upon arrival because the movers claimed they were not allowed to work into the weekend and therefor needed to quickly unload and leave to get off the clock. Again, no solution has been provided.

Hello,     The attached comments in which the business has replied with is false. They did in fact damage our goods as we stated. We are continuing in our effort to gain what is rightfully ours and our bow involving the claims department head quarters Marine Corps. This is not the first time the Marine Corps has had to step in with this exact business. They have also noted that we have stated that the Marine Corps should avoid using them at all cost. We still have not received a response or any communication via the owner, just someone on his behalf. The fact that this was a military move means nothing. This business is discriminating against us because in fact my husband was granted a move that was paid for by the military which is his right. The military may have moved us but we paid for the cost of our goods that this company ruined. Best regard[redacted] & [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],This was a military member's local move set up under his military orders and paid for bythe government under the DPM government contract with FISC San Diego Navy. Thereis no evidence the USMC does not want to use our company for moving services. Wehave performed moving and storage services for over 30 years with the military membersand non-military members. Please see the inventory exceptions, which are noted atpickup of member's household goods. All full service moving and storage companiestake exceptions and notes on the inventories to protect themselves from false claims ofdamage. The exception notes clearly indicate the preexisting damage, wear and tearalready on the household goods the member is claiming were damaged. The memberreads, checks, signs, and dates the inventories at pickup and delivery. The memberreported the damage 24 days after delivery. We have and can show documentation ftommany different types of moves, military and non-military that the company hasperformed. If there is any type of damage, my driver will call immediately and reportdamaged so we can take care of it immediately.Thank you,Pack & Crate Services

Crate Services has denied the member's claim pleasesee attached correspondence. The damage claimed is preexisting damage please seeattached inventories. This member needs to follow proper claim procedures andprocessing regarding his local move set up by FISC. Please see attached claimprocedure guidelines per the DPM contract.
