I placed an order for a pair of sneakers online 12/**/and by 12/**/I had not received them, after Several emails I finally got a response that they will issue a refund and as of today I have not received a refund nor the sneakers My order# ***
I ordered a pair of shoes on Saturday December *** I make online purchases all of the time That'e the way alot of business is being done these days After making my purchase I was promised an email receipt That I still have not gotten My purchase was for over $ So i'm obviously worried I'm used to getting an almost instant receipt with most online purchases Sent to my email So I ask again monday, and every day this week for a receipt, and tracking I keep getting dumb excuses I just want this resolved
