I recently visited this store in Carlisle and was so overwhelmed with the extraordinary customer service that I had to take the time to write something positive I needed to enlarge a picture and was very apprehensive when I entered the store for fear there would be no one to help me On the contrary, I barely walked in when an employee approached me for assistance and put me right at ease--helping me accomplish my task Not only was he friendly, but made me feel like he actually was glad to do so Also, there were three other employees on site who were not only friendly, but also supportive and welcoming Wish all businesses had this kind of customer support It's not necessarily what you do as much as how you do it Thanks for the best service I've had in a long time!

Review: I was charged $68.40 to ship a package at the store. The paperwork from the store says my package weighed 1#. When I pull up the tracking paperwork, it says the package actually weighed 0.7#. When I enter the 0.70# weight from the tracking details into the shipping quote on the main UPS website, the cost is $41.14. I being charged $27.26 more to ship going to the UPS Store than what the online shipping quote says.The store says they rounded and there is no difference in cost for a 0.7# vs. a 1# package. Clearly there is a $27.26 difference.Desired Settlement: I would like the scales checked at the UPS Store and a refund of the $27.26 that I was overcharged by going to this store. It would have been cheaper for me to drive to the UPS hub!
