KeepGo Company's order processing and sales practice seems to be poor. Below is the background.
I ordered an item online with KeepGo and paid them full using PayPal. KeepGo's policy as stated on their web site is to ship item 96 hours. I called KeepGo Customer Care, did Online Chat with their customer care, and wrote emails multiple times. All they tell me is that my item has not been processed or fulfilled yet, but it will be processed soon. They never responded to my email. The customer care that responds is level 1. On my request they told me that my request will be elevated to level 2 and that someone from KeepGo will call me within the next one hour. They never did. I also raised with customer care about canceling my order, since they are failing to ship the item on their committed timeline. I was told that I can only cancel by writing and my cancellation will be done 14 days after they receive the item back from me, and they will charge 10% of the price. I failed to explain to the customer care that I am not able to send them back the item that they had not sent me on the first place. So, I seem to be in a limbo - KeepGo will not ship the item, and I cannot cancel my order. On web search I found out that Amazon.com removed KeepGo from selling on Amazon.com because of their poor shipping policy, poor customer care, poor refund policy, etc. I am getting skeptical about this Company. I hope someone from KeepGo will read this note and do the right thing.

Review: Someone has stolen my debit card number and charged $338.60 to Keepgo. My bank has paid them. My bank called and asked if this is a charge I made and it is not. My bank said I needed to call Keepgo and try to get my money from them. I called Keepgo and was told I could not talk to anyone. The man would not let me speak to a manager or anyone at all. He said I would have to email [email protected]. I did, and asked to have someone call me and they will not do it. I have emailed several times and they will not call me at all. I keep being told that my email is pending an if I have any further questions to feel free to revert. I don't even know what that means. All I want to do is talk to someone at this company so I can find out how to get my money back. My husband also just called and spoke to the same guy I did and he told him that they have no charge for that amount and when he asked to speak to someone else he was told no. I am in KS and this company is in CA. I have no idea how to resolve this.Desired Settlement: I just want them to refund me the money that was fraudulently charged on my account.

I filed a complaint last Friday about Keepgo. We had are debit card information stolen and it was used at this business. When we contacted them they would not let us speak to anyone over the phone at all. They would only correspond by email and the emails were very vague. Once we informed them we called the police and made a report their attitude changed and they refunded our money. Two separate people from Keepgo have emailed me in the last hour telling me to withdraw my complaint. I think they have the absolute worst customer service ever but they did refund our money so I will withdraw my complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

thank you for email.

The mentioned person is already contacted us on August 23 and informed us that her credit card was stolen and was used at our online store.

The issue was resolved the same day. The transaction has been cancelled and the amount of $338.60 was refunded to the credit card and the cardholder was informed.
