*** the owner is aware of the policies at *** *** and understands that it is her responsibility to make this refund not theirs They have explained to her that although I purchased the voucher from them, they forwarded payment to her Therefore the merchant is responsibly for the refundThe merchant neglected to perform the services in a timely fashion, changed appointments and would not allow for appointments during the assigned timeframe, they scheduled the cleaning for after the voucher expired then failed to show up during the scheduled time This was the second time that I tried using this company and second time I had several problem They have offered to give me $off $service which is unacceptableFull refund will be required to make this right
