Millennium Financial Group (MFG) has reviewed this complaint and offers the following response. Multiple letters have previously been sent to the consumer including the initial validation notice along with notification of credit bureau...

reporting. Letters were sent in January 2015, December 2015 and January 2016. This is the first request for validation received from this consumer. No laws have been broken.
A representative of MFG also spoke with this consumer in December 2015. During this conversation, the consumer gave the address listed on this complaint and stated an interest in resolving this account in January 2016. Another letter was then sent to this new address.
Since the consumer has stated our letters were not received, MFG is sending another letter and updating the credit bureaus as a disputed item. MFG is also ordering full documentation requested by consumer and will forward to consumer when received. We sincerely believe these actions meet the consumer's desired resolution.
