I had my carpets and couch cleaned today by Keep'n it Kleen. They were on time, professional and did a great job. They were easy to schedule with, even with my limited availability. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had an appointmnet with this KIK to clean my carpet - they charged me $25.00 dollar because I changed the date for my appointment. I didn't not have any problem with the that, I had problem when one man and his son showed up at my house with no equipement to perform the job - all they have is two small bucket for the water and they asked if they can use my water which is OK with me BUT, when this man walk around my house and starting asking me how old my carpet and not knowing that he charged me becuse my carpet was old - the quote that I received when I made the appointment was almost twice as the price I received from this man on date of my appointment - he was upset and he suggest that he will can cancel the appointment due to disagreement on the price which I concurred. Today I recived my credit card statement and they charged my card $50.00 without any explanation. I would like to let everyone know that I will not recommend this contract to anyone. Very bad service and have no profesional equipment to perform the work when they showed up at my house. Rating - very POOR.
