To whom it may concern, Since [redacted] filed this complaint, she has been successfully in contact with our customer service representatives without further issueIn response to her report, we have tested and confirmed that our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is working correctlyThere are many ways in which cardholders can speak with a live representative, including instructions via voice prompt to dial “0” at the main menuIf the card is unable to be authenticated by our automated system, the cardholder is also directly transferred to a representativeOur customer service inbox ( [redacted] ) has also been thoroughly searched and testedThere is no record of any emails received from [redacted] I have personally listened to [redacted] ’s later calls with a live representative, and at this time there are no outstanding issues in regards to her KEEPS accountIf you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me via the contact info provided

To Whom It May Concern:   On behalf of Keeps America we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response time to this customer complaint. This matter should have been better handled by our previous Customer Service Provider. Based on our findings we realize that this issue was not handled in...

an appropriate manner. The lack of response and the situation the customer was placed in does not meet our company standards and will not be handled in a similar manner moving forward.   We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our customers will be helped in a more effective manner. This includes changing our Customer Service providers, and providing more extensive training to help resolve future possible issues. Our goal is to assure the satisfaction of every customer.   Since the complaint was issued. Keeps America contacted the customer and upon the customers request closed the account on 4/**/17 and issued a refund check on 4/**/17. The changes depicted above have since been implemented.
