Dear Ms [redacted] ,There was a miscommunication between Mr[redacted] and the office .Our office manager spoke with Mr[redacted] and the issue is resolved

I am rejecting this response because:The person [Chaz] said the issue is resolved, and that is only partially trueWe have completed the next step, but there is more step to go to finish this up[install the teeth]
Also I am hoping to receive some response from the insurance, as we have exchanged documents, and that may also take a few days to get some word, that they are following through.I am happy at this time with this business, but it is a multi-step process to install a crown, and file the insurance claims
I am hesitant to say we are finished, but we have made a lot of progress
Regards,

We have provided [redacted] with the exact service she requested from us. We made a onetime exception for her of only preserving her flowers because she specifically stated she would like to complete the finished product herself (Please see the attached email thread included with this letter) because of...

this request we only charged her the nonrefundable $120 deposit for the preservation of her flowers. She got exactly what she paid for, we preserved and colored her flowers like we agreed upon without completing the final artwork (the final artwork is when we put the bouquet back together on a matte board to make the flowers look like the bouquet and frame them which is the product shown on our website) We in no way misrepresented our work. The work shown on our website is completed pieces of artwork which she specifically stated she did not want and also did not pay for. As our prices are listed on our website, a 8x 10 completed work of art cost $190, a 11 x 14 completed work of art cost $290 and a 16x20 completed work of art cost $390. She only paid the $120 preservation cost. The matte board is what we use to reconstruct the bouquet which is included in the finished artwork which she stated she did not want us to matte or frame her flowers. If she just wanted to use her own frame we would have deducted $20 off of the total cost which we did offer to her as shown in the email included. Also in regards to the stems being removed that is part of the preservation and pressing process, the stems are always removed and never saved from any bouquet that wepreserve. When we complete the rutwork we make it look like the stems are used by using the ribbon off of the stems but the stems are always discarded. We provided [redacted] exactly what she requested and asked of us as per the emails provided. We have tried numerous time to complete the artwork for her and resolve this misunderstanding but she does have to send the flowers back for us to do that and she has to pay the full amount which is listed on our website which she refuses to do. We feel there is nothing else we can do at this time for her. We will not refund the $120 deposit as our website specifically states it is non-refundable, we will however refund the shippingcost to her like we told her we would. Thank you. Sincerely, Allison & Katie B[redacted] Keepsake Flower Preservation

Dear Ms .[redacted],There was a miscommunication between Mr.[redacted] and the office .Our office manager spoke with Mr.[redacted] and the issue is resolved .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  First and foremost, Keepsake Flower Preservation did not provide me with "the exact service" I requested from them. This is the continuous issue between us: they claim that their work was what we agreed upon, and I believe that their work was not at all what I had asked for. They've repeatedly asked me to send back the bouquet (to the point of harassing me to do so), so that they could "fix the artwork," acknowledging that the artwork was not up to standard. But to do this, they wanted to charge me an additional $140; each time they asked me to do this, I explained why I didn't want to, and that did not stop them from asking me again in the next e-mail. Furthermore, I feel that I made it clear that "I wanted to put the final piece together" as in frame it myself to add personal sentiments; in the earlier e-mails which they included in their response, I asked if their was an option for me to frame myself, and they said that they would make an exception. What is most aggravating is that they have highlighted main points in their response to you, yet they are ignoring the context of what they decided to point out. I said that I wanted to put the final product together myself: final means end result, not intermittent and beyond. They only did the bare minimum work, and they did a lousy job at that.  I never once said that I did not want them to matte my bouquet; their allegations of me saying that I didn't want them to matte the product is completely false, I don't once see in the e-mails me saying that I didn't want them to matte. I point this out because I thought they were going to do that, and leave space for me to add my own sentiments, and to frame it myself.  Again, I would have never paid for the "service" they provided, quite frankly because I could have just as easily destroyed my bouquet myself for free.  I was expecting to have my bouquet look like it did in their online "gallery," and they did not provide this service that they advertise. Finally, there is a difference between having a $120 "non-refundable deposit," and having your bouquet be completely ruined for $120. Matting or not, framed or not, I believe they should take responsibility for making my bouquet completely unrecognizable - poor work and not meeting their advertised standards. I'm upset that my wedding bouquet is ruined, I'm upset that Keepsake Flower Preservation will not take responsibility for their poor work, and I'm upset that this matter had to get to this point. Thank you for your time and efforts in resolving this dispute,  [redacted]
