 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Keepsake Homes' response to the complaint is inaccurate. The painting has been completed and the painter informed me that he has been paid in full, so in that sense the matter has been resolved. However, Cindy A[redacted] claims that I knew the work was to be done on October 29, 2014. This is false because at the time that I filed the complaint, Keepsake Homes still had not paid the painters the required deposit to put my job on their schedule. Both the painter and I contacted Keepsake Homes multiple times about deposit only to hear vague promises for payment and untrue excuses that they did not know about the deposit. I filed my complaint on October 14, 2014. The painter told me my job was scheduled for October 29 on October 27. Furthermore, the payment was not received until at least October 27.I wanted to clarify this for future reference of other consumers. The Revdex.com may close this complaint because the work has been paid for and completed.

Review: Keepsake Homes, Inc (KSH) has been delinquent in completing warranty related repairs in our home. As per our contract, KSH was given written notice on July 9, 2014 that they had ten (10) days to complete the repairs. They did not send someone to inspect the warranty issues until July 18, 2014. Over the next few business days, some of the work was completed but not all. Nothing was done for the next three weeks. On August 18, 2014, I once again gave written notice that they had ten days to complete the repairs. Most of it was then completed within the following ten days except for painting. KSH wanted one of their employees to do the painting, but I told them that we paid them a lot of money for a professional paint job (which they are not qualified to do) and that I expected the original painting company to do the painting. Finally, on September 4, 2014, KSH gave the painters, [redacted], the go ahead to do the painting. [redacted] informed me that they were requiring KSH to pay them a deposit before painting because KSH owes them a considerable amount of money. As of today, October 14, 2014, the painting still has not been done because KSH still has not paid [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like KSH to pay [redacted] immediately in full for the painting so that it can be completed.
