I ordered Tiffany & Co inspired invitations on December 11, for my daughter's baby shower and was immediately chargedI received a sample of the invitation by e-mail two days later, but we didn't like the fontI got an e-mail back a couple of days later saying that they could change the fontI replied and asked if they could change the font (which samples of various fonts should have been included in the e-mail to save time and not have to go back and forth) and my daughter still did not like itWe decided to stick with the original font and informed themI called and left voice mail messages as well as e-mails inquiring about the status of my orderI was informed that I would have my invitations by Wednesday, December The invitations didn't arriveOn January 6, I wrote again stating that I still had not received my invitations, had not been notified of the status of my order and when I checked the website, it said order was still pendingI asked for a refund of my payment or I would be contacting my credit card companyI finally got an e-mail back stating that they would refund my money and not to contact my credit card companyMy daughter's baby shower is four days away, and I still have not been refunded my moneyI have sent yet another e-mail asking for my refund

I am wanting to report a very unpleasant experience with this business that are opposite of the owner's satisfaction guaranteeOver a span of one month, I finally received my orderIt started with the promise of a proof within hours, which was more like a weekWhen I finally received the proof, it was highly inaccurate and had maybe 50% of the things I asked for in the original emailSo I responded with those requested changes, and it took her another week to replyThe second proof was not viewable or was not attached, so it took another week before I finally got a text message from the owner with the second proofAgain, it still did not contain everything I asked for in the original orderHowever, I was not willing to delay my order any further, so I decided to come up with an alternate way to relay that information to my guests that would be receiving these invitationsAfter I confirmed my order, a week later (on a Wednesday) I was told my invitations would be in the mail

Review: I placed an order with this company on a Sunday and was told that within 48 hours I would receive a email of proof of my product it is now Friday and I have yet to receive a email. I've emailed the business twice an I have yet to receive a response. I recently read some reviews on this business and everyone had the same issue and never got their order. Review: Initial order was made on March 7 2013. Order was made online, and a phone conversation with [redacted] who is the owner of the company followed at which point she made some changes to the personalization of the shower invite (registry info). I received the invitations and there was a grammatical error on the invitations. I called and emailed her and we discussed the error, and she let me know that her hard drive had crashed and she would need all the info again as she had lost it. I provided her with that information and she let me know that she would be sending new ones out, but to keep the envelopes as she would only be sending the invites alone. I waited an additional week and emailed again because I had still not received the corrected invites. She assured me that she would be sending new ones on 3/30 and again on 4/7. I waited and waited, and never received the invites. I communicated with her and her husband several times leading up to the shower about the fact that I still had never received the replacements and the date was drawing near. The date came and passed and in the days following, I called and wrote requesting a full refund. I attached copies of my credit card statement confirming that the payment had been processed and I was requesting a full refund. I left a phone message with Mr. [redacted] regarding my order number and left all contact information to reach me, and never heard back at all. It is now a full month later, and I never heard from anyone nor have I received my funds back. The website outlines their refund policy and this situation is well within the parameters of the 100 percent guarantee and company policy that is noted on the website.

Yes I did receive all your emails and the letter from the Revdex.com.

Unless we get the product back as requested we are unable to refund. It is our policy.

I am wondering if it is possible that you sent out the invitations and are not able to send them back to us. If this is the issues, we can work through that as well and provide a partial refund. If you did not send them out then there should be no problem with you sending them back to get your refund. Please send both invitations and envelopes in the packaging we provided.

Please provide tracking number back to us as well.

Again we don't have a problem providing the refund, however we require our product back. This way we have the invitations and know that you did not send out the invitations and then say you did not send them and want a refund.

I asked this of you over the phone when you called in. All of this can and could of been taken care of by now. We are waiting on you. In one email you ask for a refund and in the next you asked for new invitations. So I assumed from the last email you wanted a refund and we told you what to do.

In your email you copied our About Us Page and our Policies Page. We do have other pages, such as Q&A that need to be read and posted as well. As it reads in the Q&A what needs to be done in case of an error on either party. This too was told over the phone as well

Review: Placed order for invitations and thank you cards on August 3. Was told that a proof would be ready within 48 hours. Emailed on August 6 stating I didn't receive any proof. No response. Followed up with email on August 9 stating it was too late to receive the invitations for our event, so asked for cancellation of order and full refund. Received response from Keepsake Imprints on August 10 stating proof was delivered. I responded on August 10 reiterating order cancellation and full refund to be issued as it was too late for our event. Business responded stating on August 10 that order would be cancelled. On August 11, business charges our credit card for full amount. I questioned this charge and was told that it was automatic and the refund may take a billing cycle or two. Emailed on Sept 11 asking for status of refund. No response. As of today, December 10, still no refund.Desired Settlement: Please issue full refund for order. Amount is $67.
