The best place to start with this response is the very first time we were contacted by [redacted].  Our customer service rep. had a hard time understanding [redacted]s last name and asked her to pronounce the name again.  [redacted]s response was , are you deaf or just stupid. ...

What kind of a person says this?  This is how she talks to our personal.This sets the tone of what we have had to endure with her each time we have to have contact with her.  She is the most rude and personally insulting customer we have had in the 20 years I have owned the company. We did have to reschedule her appointment because of the weather and we rescheduled it for the very next day for AFTER 5 PM, NOT 5 PM.  She did not get home until 5 pm.Our Tech called her at 5:25 to let her know he would be there in 5 mins., well all hell breaks out because he was not there at 5 pm.. After being yelled at for 10 mins he told her he would not be coming by because of the way he was being talked to and had to hang up to get her off the call.  Only to be called back by [redacted] so he could yell at him and make more rude comments.Our service manager called [redacted] the next morning to see if he could work out a solution and offered to come out and get the sprinkler system turned on.  In a 45 min. conversation of insults he was told she would find another company.  She asked him to refer another company and he would not.  Her response was you are not going to help me.So as hard as we tried to resolve the problem of being able to be at her house at 5:30 PM for a AFTER 5 PM appointment, which should not have been a problem in the first place.  Nothing was resolved and by all indications will never be.
