I am rejecting this response because: first there was no fraudulent claim to the credit card company, ***, as it was clearly stated that I authorized the charge but requested a refund*** *** made it clear that the claim was too old to pursue so there was no fraud thereMsS*** is not telling the truthFinally, although it said the trip was transferable, it said the deposit was non-refundableIt did not say the balance was non-refundableMoreover, when the request was made the rooms were booked, NOT paid for as MsS*** did not prepay everyone's room in advance

Dear [redacted]:
 
I received a letter from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC regarding a refund request filled by [redacted] for the Love Attraction Retreat in Martha’s Vineyard.  The retreat took place June 6 – 8, 2014. 
 
All communication regarding this retreat strictly stated that the trip was transferable but not refundable, as the rooms had already been booked.  [redacted] was aware that this trip was nonrefundable.  She even had the option of transferring her payments to her friend that was supposed to also be going on the trip, but chose not to do so.  There were other participants that ended up not being able to attend, but they transferred their registration to other people interested in going (therefore reimbursed by those who took their spot).
 
[redacted] also provided fraudulent statements to her own credit card company and [redacted], saying that she never even made the charges.  Since I had proof of our communication through emails, [redacted] credit card company denied her claim, as did [redacted]
