Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] said they they fixed the Lincoln when it was overheating, in fact all he did was rig the fans into the fuse boxWell it ended up burning something in the fuse box causing the fans to not work He knew there was issues with the vehicle when he returned it to meI have attached pictures of the fuse box with the wires connected directly to the fan The light I got on the Impala had nothing to do with the power steering pump, it was a completely separate issueWhen we ran the diagnostic on the vehicles computer, it showed that the code had been previously stored, meaning that light had come on before and reset Mr [redacted] knowingly sold me bad vehiclesI understand the cost associated with fixing the vehicles, but if they were fixed correctly before he sold them, it would have been the same cost and we would not be in this situation Regards, [redacted] ***
Mr [redacted] should remember that I told him that we learned things about the linclon that we did not know and had also learned th at the problem was very difficult to correct That is when I offered his money back and he elected to purchase the Impala We had used the Impala (prior to his purchase) to go to Laredo, Txto pick up a car We had no problems with the Impala It was a good car The only thing that is wrong now is the power steering pump I am going to make a one time offer of $to Mr*** He must release his ownership of the vehicle and pick up the check within hours.Sincerely*** [redacted]
