We have done work for this customer for over ten yearsAs for overcharging the customer was given a quote over the phone and when the job was finished he received a bill the same as the quote and we honored a 10% off coupon even though it had expired Over the years when he complained we
would just go down and apply a 2nd coat of sealer at no chargeThis time I went down to take a look and told him it looked fineI also explained to him that thick commercial grade sealer does leave a few linesIt leaves lines similar to brush marks in thick paintHe was told they would diminish some after driving on itCustomer stated he was not happyWhen asked what he wanted us to do he stated that he did not want us to do anything but leave his property and never come back which we didThis drive was done in June of Customer called March of stating that he still was not happy with the driveWent down to take a look and still the drive looks good still fully covered no spots worn throughWe have been in business for yearsWe wash more than homes a year and seal more than drives a yearThis is our only complaintTry as we may we cannot make all customers happy all the timeAfter he told us to leave and never come back we felt there was nothing we could do to help him Thank you *** *** Hall’s WE Clean Service office *** *** *** ***
