would just go down and apply a 2nd coat of sealer at no charge. This time I went down to take a look and told him it looked fine. I also explained to him that thick commercial grade sealer does leave a few lines. It leaves lines similar to brush marks in thick paint. He was told they would diminish some after driving on it. Customer stated he was not happy. When asked what he wanted us to do he stated that he did not want us to do anything but leave his property and never come back which we did. This drive was done in June of 2016. Customer called March of 2017 stating that he still was not happy with the drive. Went down to take a look and still the drive looks good still fully covered no spots worn through.. We have been in business for 28 years. We wash more than 600 homes a year and seal more than 150 drives a year. This is our only complaint. Try as we may we cannot make all customers happy all the time.
