Please tell the company that I have an original bottle of the exact same perfume from a department store that is less than a year old and I have used that to compare my perfume from ForeverLux. The perfume from ForeverLux does not match the perfume from the department store, in that it is a different color, smells stale, and the scent does not last as long like it is watered down. I would love a USPS sticker so that I can send it back for an exchange. Would it be possible to get a reference number for the perfume bottle that I receive after the exchange.
