I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I will not apologize, because I did not slander the company. I uploaded a picture of my contract that my stepfather approved. At that time they refused to replace the double headstone we purchased as a family, which did not meet our agreement. I will gladly upload a new picture on Facebook of our new headstone once it is fixed and replaced at her resting place. Alice was very nice to me when we met and I am patiently waiting to see the corrections made and a new stone in its place. I can not wait to upload a picture of the new stone.
