This is praise NOT a complaint! After receiving a worrisome "diagnostic" report from a large auto dealer for my brand car, I took the report to Keilly's They not only told me that some of the work on the original report was unnecessary (and that I wasn't about to "die" from bad brakes as the dealer had told me), but they performed the work I DID need, plus routine maintenance that I knew was overdue anyway, PLUS some extra touches (polishing my headlights, etc.) at no charge ALL done for several hundred dollars less than what the dealer had estimated for the "emergency" work All personnel in this shop were very nice and professional, and explained all processes clearly How rare it is to leave an auto repair shop smiling! KUDOS to Keilly's Automotive Services!
