[redacted] is NOT our customer and this is NOT a consumer transaction Our office obtained a judgment against [redacted] in the Cook County Circuit Court in March in the amount of $3,This judgment was the result of [redacted] illegally operating a motor vehicle with no insurance when she caused an accident and damages to our clientAs a result of the judgment, the Illinois Bureau of Motor Vehicles suspended Ms [redacted] ' driving privileges.Ms [redacted] contacted our office on 2/18/and agreed to settle this case in full for $2, [redacted] made her payment to us through a third party service, PayclixOn March 8th, Pacyclix sent us a receipt that [redacted] had paid $2,with an echeck and advised us that the receipt was conditional upon the proffered eCheck payment being honored and paid by the Customer's bankthe check has still not clearedWe will send a release to the Illinois BMV as soon as her check clearsShe has had over a year to pay this judgment, and she has to realize that a reasonable time is required for the funds to be paid to us.As far as my staff being rude to her, that is falseMy staff was considerate and professional and it was [redacted] who was rude afterwe refused her demands for us to notify the Illinos BMVAs soon as we have good funds in hand, we will notify the BMV

Once again, this lady is not our customerOur law firm sued her on behalf of [redacted] and as a result of that suit, a judgment was rendered against her and her driving privileges were suspended in by the State [redacted] because of that judgmentShe only now contacted our office to make arrangements to pay this claim in monthly installmentsShe used on online company, [redacted] , to make a payment to us using a credit cardShe was told that we could not send her payment agreement to the BMV until that payment posted to our bankWe never told her it would post the same dayTo the contrary, we told her it would take a day or two to postI truly doubt that [redacted] told her it would post the same day as that never happens.As she now admits, our office never told her that her payment would be posted the same day If she would have had auto insurance like she was supposed to our client would not have had to sue her in the first place and her driving privileges would never have been suspended in the first placeOur office did everything possible to help [redacted] get her driving privileges reinstatedPlease note, we were never under any obligation to even release her drivers license by making monthly payments in lieu of paying this judgment in full

The reason for my complaint is because I was not given the proper information to make the best decision And I was treated with disrespect by staffWhen I spoke to Rachal after making my payment she mentioned the additional time before they can do anything to my file and that's when she was loud and rude and even disconnected the callALL because I said she never told me THE DELAYED time if paid by checkAnother option is credit card but the fee to process my payment via credit was around $and by check was only $I processed the payment the cheapest wayHowever I would've paid the credit card fee to get he file moving faster because I have been without a license for a year like the attorney saidI did not have the money to pay and when I finally did I submitted it. I did not deserved to be treated this wayI was never rude despite Rachals rudeness and disconnecting the call when I was speaking Rachal escalated things to another level. I don't have to be a direct consumer of the law KEIS GEORGE to be talked to with respectPlease review the attachment with the information given to meAll RACHAL had to do is handle my call with professionalismI never reported any business to Revdex.comThis is the first time because people have to treated with respect NOT like garbageAs soon as Rachal was aware of my full payment she did not care to respect me any longer. Once again, this lady is not our customer. Our law firm sued her on behalf of [redacted] and as a result of that suit, a judgment was rendered against her and her driving privileges were suspended in 2010 by the State [redacted] because of that judgment. She only now contacted our office to make arrangements to pay this claim in monthly installments. She used on online company, [redacted], to make a payment to us using a credit card. She was told that we could not send her payment agreement to the BMV until that payment posted to our bank. We never told her it would post the same day. To the contrary, we told her it would take a day or two to post. I was told the payment would post to my account the same day (by the company that I made the payment through). They assured me that the payment would post if I used a debit card on the same day. I was then told by M. Dunn at their office that the release would be emailed to me as soon as it was posted, which could take 24-48 hours depending on method of payment. I made the payment on Wednesday early AM. My daughter has to get to doctor's appointments in [redacted]. Her last appointment was last Friday, I had to cancel. Her next appointment was Monday, I had to cancel. (because of this). I should have had this taken care of at the latest by Friday. My daughter had open heart surgery and is in need of follow up care with doctors. This was a huge inconvenience as they told me it would be resolved quickly. I have the email documentation and I am allowed to check on the status daily (as I did). Her response was, emailing consistently will not get it processed any faster. This was completely unprofessional.

Tell us why here... [redacted]'s drivers license was suspended due to a judgment our Frim obtained against her for causing an accident and damages while driving with no insurance. she agreed to pay once before and defaulted. In order to get her license suspension released...

AGAIN, the State requires a signed agreement or Judgment Entry reflecting a renewed payment agreement. We sent [redacted] what is called an Agreed Judgment Entry on April 24th and we have still not received the signed Entry back from her yet. As soon as we do, we can request that the State release the suspension on her driving privileges.
