privacy of student education records. This law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. As such based on Federal law we are unable to provide you with specific information regarding our student population absent the receipt of a signed FERPA waiver.  
Again, we are happy to discuss this matter with you once we have a signed FERPA or with Ms. [redacted] in person as she may contact the campus directly at ###-###-####.   In the interim I have asked our Campus President located in Jacksonville to review our records and reach out to Ms. [redacted] directly.
