Hello,Thank you for sharing the concerns As evidenced by the complaint details, it does appear that we have been in communication with the individual We would encourage this individual to communicate the concerns to [redacted] ) via email, but routed through the Owner of the unit The Owner of the unit is the member of the Association and is the correct point of contact for communicating concerns to the Association The Association is governed by the Board of Directors and managed by Goodwin Management.Also, it appears that the same complaint has been submitted or processed twice Reference complaint numbers [redacted] and [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have monthly emails sent to the Management Company starting in June requesting work be doneLetters and photos of issues going on here have also been sentThe Management Company has rejected the requests that have been outlined in emails and lettersThe most recent advice that the owners have received is to Call the news station and Hire an attorneyBoth options are being considered as the Management Company, Board members and landscapers as well as maintenance hired by the board are culpableThe owners of this unit are elderly and have cancer and should not have to tolerate being completely ignored with a flooding sidewalk along with other issues.I really appreciate your help Regards, [redacted]

We have been in communication with *** directly and resolution to the concerns is forthcoming

Hello,We did receive a service request from this owner on 8/8. Some of the issues detailed in the service request, and in the Revdex.com complaint, are part of an on-going lawsuit the Association has against the project developer. Others are new and will be researched and addressed as directed
by the Board.*** *** is the property manager for the community and has been in contact with the owner to further answer the inquiries and concerns

We spoke with the homeowner earlier this week and resolved the concerns

Due to threatened litigation, no detailed comment will be provided in this forum. However, we have reached out to the owner via phone and hope to receive a return call soon in order to resolve the concern

The Association is governed by the Association's Board of Directors. I would recommend sending further concerns to *** ***) via email to be forwarded to the Board for consideration.Note that all vendors used on the property are hired by the Association. The management company does not provide maintenance personnel, including landscapers

I am rejecting this response because: I want you to provide me with the boards written rejections to my submitted service requests including those given verbally to *** during his recent personal visit with meAs usual there has been no communication from *** to me following our meeting...this is typical of Goodwin Management...ignore the online submitted service requests, ignore voice messages, ignore emails, ignore in-person service requests, and DO NOTHING!

Goodwin Management, and *** as the manager, works at the direction of the Board, which governs the Association. All repairs and property modifications must be approved by the Board. We recommend that the owner submit a letter/email to the Board directly, via ***, regarding the concerns
