This lady brought her phone in with non-working touch screen and non-working ear speakerI asked her what happened to the phone and she said she replaced the screen somewhere and they messed it upI looked at the phone and noticed the following: the screen that was installed was a cheap generic screen ($value) and the ear speaker flex was brokenI told her all this and suggested replacing the generic screen with OEM screen ($VALUE) and installing a new ear speaker flex ($value)The phone seemed to work fine and she left a happy customerA couple days later she came back saying that the phone screen is still acting upI told her that whoever replaced her screen the first time might have messed up the touch connection and I offered putting her old cheap screen back and giving her a full refund but she decided to live with it as is because according to her, the phone was working better than before and she can use the ear speaker nowShe left againA couple of days later she came back again asking for a refundBy this time, I had already got rid of her old generic screenI told her I can give her a refund but I will have to take my OEM screen backBecause I didn't have generic screens, I asked her to give me some time to arrange for a generic screen to put back on her phone she didn't like this solutionShe acctually wanted to keep my OEM SCREEN and get a refund which is not FAIR at allNow that I have the generic screen for her, she is welcome come back anytime for a refund but I will take my OEM screen back and install a generic one for her like the one she had when she first came in

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, this information is incorrect. When I returned to the store to receive my refund due to phone being even worse (not being able to text, tap on apps, scroll, etc.) he told me that my phone was not fixable, he told me that he did not have my original screen because "he got rid of it" because it was a broken screen. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't fix my phone and suggested I buy a new phone and sell him my phone for $100. (700$ phone) He never once told me that he would look for a generic screen to put on my phone so I could give him his screen back for my refund. He told me that the only way I get a refund is returning his screen and returning my phone screenless. So therefore I decided to go to [redacted] and get my phone fixed for $169. [redacted] told me that I could not bring my phone in without the screen because it wouldn't have had all the parts. So I just decided to get it fixed due to my phone getting worse and I could barely use it. I have paid a total of $300 to get my phone fixed all because he didn't fix it right in the first place. I would have definitely waited if he actually told me that he was going to search for another screen to put back on my phone so I could receive my refund. My husband even talked to him and this man told him that he doesn't care if we file a complaint because he can't fix my phone. He told my husband that we needed to buy ANOTHER screen for the phone then bring him his screen back. His screen was no different than the original one I had on my phone. The quality was terrible and made my phone worse. It is not fair to me that I paid $120 to still have a broken phone and he did not care to help me or resolve the issue with me in the store. I promise I am not the person to ever complain but this just was not right and I couldn't believe how he handled everything. I didn't ever want to step foot in his business again after I was treated in there.Due to me already paying [redacted] to fix it, (which I told them EVERYTHING) they told me that he did not fix it properly and that the phone was OBVIOUSLY fixable. So I'm not sure how I will get him his screen back because I just had my phone fixed with [redacted]  because I thought this was just a lost cause dealing with him and I couldn't take my phone being the way it was any longer. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm sincerely a nice person and I've been pushed over one to many times, and this time was just not right and I wanted to see justice.

screen ($25 value) and the ear speaker flex was broken. I told her all this and suggested replacing the generic screen with OEM screen ($80 VALUE) and installing a new ear speaker flex ($40 value). The phone seemed to work fine and she left a happy customer. A couple days later she came back saying that the phone screen is still acting up. I told her that whoever replaced her screen the first time might have messed up the touch connection and I offered putting her old cheap screen back and giving her a full refund but she decided to live with it as is because according to her, the phone was working better than before and she can use the ear speaker now. She left again. A couple of days later she came back again asking for a refund. By this time, I had already got rid of her old generic screen. I told her I can give her a refund but I will have to take my OEM screen back. It looks like this will never end . We are going to keep stating the facts correctly and will keep stating lies. We decided to refund your money to end this. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to show on your card.

The customer  claims that the screen broke without impact which is not true because the screen shows signs of strong physical damage.Who knows what happened to the sceen? The fact is, cell phone screens these days are very fragile and they require a high level of care and protection especially...

the iphone 6. Using a phone without a good protective case can end in damaging the screen. I understand the customer frustration because he keeps braking his phone but he should learn to take the blame not blame it on others. We have a limited warranty that covers the functionality of the screen but when damage occurs the warranty is voided. But we are willing to do the following:1-Refund $119 for the second screen that magically broke.The first screen is nonrefundable since the customer admitted causing the damage.2- Replace the current broken screen for free .Thank you.
