we decided to replace my deck in the back of our home that overlooks the the pool, our old deck was a real eye sore and not safe to be onso we started calling contractors for estimates and was shocked how hard it was to get someone to the house to do some work, I felt like I was getting the run around just trying to get estimateafter a month I finally got estimates and it would be at least to month before anyone could help mei was about to give up when we thought about kieth boswellwe have known kieth for years and it completely slipped my mind that he does constructionwe called that nite and he was there the next day giving me an estimate, I told him if it was possible I would like to have it done by xmas which was about weeks away and he kind of laughed and said once he started it would be finished in to days and this is a large deck that is feet in the air with a roof attached that cover a hot tub and levels of stairs the next day he called with the price and he had beat every other contractors price by at least dollars and told me he could start the following weekafter talking to my wife we told him he had the job and said he would be there by 7am the following tuesdaya week had past and I woke up tuesday morning and it was storming with heavy rain and I was sure they wasnt gona be able to starti was very surprised when my wife called me at work and said they were there at 645am in raincoats tearing the old deck downwhen I got home from work the old was gone and the new lumber stacked on his trailori was very impressed so far and the lumber he brought wasnt the wet crap you get at *** or *** ***, it was all number grade ground contact treated lumber with a 12% or lower moisture guarentee and straight with very few knots*** lumber averages 30-35% moisture when u get it and as it dries it warps and cracksso now im very impressed but building it was yet to be seendays after that the new deck was complete and I could not be happier with quality of work and materials usedhe also pays close attention to detail,all my 6xpost that come through the deck that the handrails attach to were capped with decrative end caps and handrails were made out of composite so splinters are eliminatedall in all im glad we chose kieth to do the deck and all of our future projects will be done by kieth boswell know other estimates will be needed anymorei would also like to add that his crew are masters of there craft and very respectfull of your propertyi hope this review helps out
