Review: Mr. [redacted] was hired by me to design and get approval to build a single family residence on my property. I was given a written estimate of all costs for the project. Mr. [redacted] has been paid in full according to his estimate. I is now well past one year since the job was started with no completion of the drawings and no approval to build. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] and asked to be refunded the paid amount. As there has been no response I am now filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: Refund of $2,365.00
