We have stated on the contract that there was a honest mix up with the CHASE check that was written, and MrHarbaugh was HAPPY for us to resolve this issue with CASH that he received on the VERY day he made us aware of the problem! His signature is signed on the contract and dated that this was corrected, we also have a witness to this transaction We have received from the VERY beginning of this contract NOTHING but excuses as to why he was not here to get this job done! MrHarbaugh did not put a completion date on this contract because he KNEW what his intentions were from the beginning, to take our money and NEVER complete the job or deliver the materials He VERBALLY (as stated previously) promised he could get started within the next week he was finishing up a job in Sharpsburg, MD which he is NOT even licensed to contract business here, we have sense found out by the State of Maryland When that was not done, he than stated he NEVER said that, and decided it would be at least three more weeks before he could even start the job We were also told that he had already pulled a permit for this pole barn that he called a pavillion and that the permit was already in process! I Kenny Davidson was NEVER told that I had to have the permit pulled, there are SEVERAL witnesses to MrHarbaugh stating HE would pull the permit the day he was here doing measurements Once all the excuses and lies were getting old and water was filling up the holes again, and again and the x area was turning into a mud pit we decided to give MrHarbaugh the option to back out of his contract, that was MY DECISION and request to him on December 7, @ 12:03PM He begged me to please give him another chance that he would be down here on Wednesday morning Dec9th, to start working and getting this completed! By the way, I do have printed copies from SPRINT showing two months worth of texting back and forth from MrHarbaugh and all the excuses he had When he did not show up on Dec9, as promised I basically told him on Dec10, to bring me my materials and come sign off and VOID this contract MrHarbaugh text me on Dec11, @ 8:04am (which I have proof of) stating him and Danny (his son) had decided to take me up on my offer to back out of the contract He would have the lumber materials delivered on Wednesday Dec16, and the "tin package" would be delivered on Friday Dec18, in the PM., also, he would bring that day a certified check for $and sign off to VOID the contract We have tried on numerous occassions to contact MrHarbaugh by text and phone, we either get ringing off hook or no response from text or the phone is out of service I have not spoken to MrHarbaugh since he promised to deliver my materials and void the contract, he has not attempted to make ANY ammends to this at all! I have since discovered I am not the ONLY person he has done this to and it would be GREAT if you could get my money back so that I could have someone that was HONEST and LICENSED in MARYLAND to put my building up that I need so I can make more money to replace what MrHarbaugh has stolen! Last but not least, I have filed a police report in Washington County.Thank you very much for your attention to this matter and if you need any further proof of records I will certainly be glad to send them to you!
