I apologize for the delay in response, the flagged email was
missed somehow.
[redacted] did contact customer support on July 23rd
and was transferred to the billing department to speak about getting a refund.
During the transfer the call...

disconnected which is noted on her account and is
apparent in the recording of the call. I’m unsure as to why she was unable to
get through on her additional attempts. I have reviewed our call logs and can
only find one log of her calling in to customer support. It’s possible there
was a connection issue which is why she got disconnected originally and was
unable to reach support after that.
I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for all the
charges that were issued to [redacted] for these two accounts, which are as
follows:

Please note that these are all the charges that were ever
issued by [redacted].com or [redacted].com. The $20 processing
fee mentioned in the complaint is not something that was charged by our
company. We would suggest that she review her credit card statement to find the
descriptor beside this charge which should show who it is from. I would assume
that it’s likely something to do with the original order of the [redacted] 3 Fish
Oil. If it is found that the descriptor for that $20 charge shows it was issued
by [redacted].com or [redacted].com, please scan and send us
a copy of the statement showing this charge by either fax or email so that we
can look into ASAP.

3rd party sales center to order a Multi-Vitamin Supplement (note that the 3rd party sales center advised that this wasn’t shipped as the payment failed). After she completed that order she was put into an automated IVR that offered her a membership to SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted].com. In the process of that IVR offer all the terms were described regarding the memberships including the $1.95 fee for each program, the 14-day trial and the monthly fee of $17.83 that would be charged if the account remained active. In addition, they were provided the customer service number in the case they wanted to cancel at any time. The customer was given an option to decline or accept this membership via the IVR. The customer accepted the offer to the memberships. No contact was made to customer support during the trial period to cancel the membership. During this time a welcome letter was sent out to the customer which again outlined the terms and provided the customer with the contact information for both programs. Since no contact was made requesting a cancellation of the membership, the customer was charged the $17.83 monthly fee on January 4th when their 14-day trial period had expired. On January 5th 2018 the customer contacted customer support requesting a cancellation of their memberships which was completed. In addition, they were given a refund of $17.83 from both SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted].com. I have also refunded the $1.95 trial membership fee that was charged on December 16th from both SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted].com. Best,
