From: [redacted] V [redacted] < [redacted] @redeo.com>Date: Thu, Feb 22, at 11:AMSubject: RE: [redacted] To: As per the customers complaint dated January 5th 2018, please see the result of our internal investigation: On December 15th the customer had called in to a 3rd party sales center to order a Multi-Vitamin Supplement (note that the 3rd party sales center advised that this wasn’t shipped as the payment failed)After she completed that order she was put into an automated IVR that offered her a membership to SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted] .comIn the process of that IVR offer all the terms were described regarding the memberships including the $fee for each program, the 14-day trial and the monthly fee of $that would be charged if the account remained activeIn addition, they were provided the customer service number in the case they wanted to cancel at any timeThe customer was given an option to decline or accept this membership via the IVRThe customer accepted the offer to the membershipsNo contact was made to customer support during the trial period to cancel the membershipDuring this time a welcome letter was sent out to the customer which again outlined the terms and provided the customer with the contact information for both programsSince no contact was made requesting a cancellation of the membership, the customer was charged the $monthly fee on January 4th when their 14-day trial period had expiredOn January 5th the customer contacted customer support requesting a cancellation of their memberships which was completedIn addition, they were given a refund of $from both SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted] .comI have also refunded the $trial membership fee that was charged on December 16th from both SaversCentralOnline.com and [redacted] .comBest,
