I am rejecting this response because:There have been several emails sent regarding the current quality/warranty issue prior to my phone call to the business. *** selectively responds to my email claiming there is an issue with my server. Not sure how I can get some response but when there are no shows for the repairs, incorrect repairs and no communication, then he blames my email server which has not changed in years. There were no problems when he was trying to get my business.*** knew there were problems since he did not fix the issue when he said he would, then it took several emails from me to get a response and rescheduled but again no show then bad quality. He should have followed up but chose not to.My phone message was meant for the president of the company; however, it appears, that calls are forwarded to ***. There is no escalation path for this business.*** was supposed to come fix the issue today, he just looked at it and sent me a text message that he would need to come back.He also stated in his response to this complaint that he had a meeting with me today, July @ 9:45; I was not consulted about this meeting until after he stated it was set. I was not available for the time he set.I have attached emails from the current issue

Dear Revdex.com,I have reviewed the contents of Ms. [redacted]'s attachment.  I only received the very first email on that chain of emails, the one that is clearly a response to the first email that she sent me.  Then you see another email from me on the 23rd which is clearly not a response to any email, simply a request for client to leave paint out for our employee to use for touch-ups.  Employee made the repairs that day without painting, as the paint was not made available.None of the emails on this chain of emails was received by me with the exception of the very first.  The first email was clearly sent to my @brightwingcustom.com address.  The following emails were sent to an email labeled "[redacted]" in clients address book, but I do not know what address they were to.  At any rate, I never saw these until I viewed the attachment contained with client's response at the Revdex.com complaint site.The first repair was actually made on the 23rd by an employee.  Based on the Revdex.com complaint and a voicemail that I received the client was not happy with repair.  Unfortunately I was on vacation until this past Sunday, the 5th, at which time I received the voicemail and Revdex.com complaint.I have attached a series of text messages to indicate my attempts at written conversation with client starting on the 5th of July and extending to today, the 10th.I came back to the clients home on Wednesday the 8th to evaluate the previous repair made by my employee.  At this time I decided to go purchase new materials and paint and make repairs myself.  I let the client know that I would re-do the repair on Friday (this morning), and I did.Bottom line:  I will do anything that the client would like me to do.  She seems concerned about the paint job, so I offered to repaint the entire home.  I have told her verbally and in writing that I will address any and every issue that has her concerned.  Other than this particular project, we have an impeccable reputation with dozens and dozens of clients that are clamoring to pass referrals and publicly review us and state their happiness with our work.  We will do anything possible and reasonable to bring this client closer that level of satisfaction.[redacted]Brightwing Custom Crafted Exteriors(Formerly Austin Hardi-Pros)###-###-####[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The gutter straps do not match the straps on the other 3 downspouts - not even close.  There have been 4 trips and one no show to resolve this.  Paint should not be an excuse, the paint was provided by the business when I contracted with them to install the siding and windows and they should provide any materials to fix the issue without putting the customer out.  The paint is heavy, in storage and had I hauled it out, it would have sat outside for a month or I would have had to continue to move it around and maybe the repair would be made and maybe not.I've updated the email document which shows [redacted] responded to 3 emails; he also responded to the very first email I sent informing him of the issue.  I do not have that one - he simply replied that he was out of town until Wednesday 17 June 2015.  That is a total of 4 responses to my emails.  As I stated previously, I tried to call the president as an escalation path, but it seems everything go directly to [redacted].  He knew of this issue before his vacation and chose not to ensure it was taken care of - email or not, it is his responsibility to ensure issues are resolved and customers are taken care of. Putting the blame on the customer is unacceptable. This is not the first issue that handled this way by [redacted]. I continue to be very concerned about future warranty work due to this history.   A simple gutter downspout stabilization has been in progress for a month now.
