I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

I find the complaints unfoundedThe dates are fairly accurate but do not reflect the time delay with change ordersThe $for roof sheathing is mistakenThe original amount quoted was $500+ and the actual amount was $when we didn't have to do as much as we expectedShe apparently
added those two amounts together to come up with her $figureI would have expected her to be happy that we were able to do it with less than expected and credited her with the differenceAs for the dumpsterWe were doing half her roof with insurance funds and the other half with her personal fundsThe charge for a yd dumpster is $250. we used a 20yrd dumpster for both half's of the roof and charged the same as if we had used yd dumpstersI don't see this as a problemOnce started, after all changes and agreements were in place the job only took about weeksThere will be no refund for the dumpsterThe claim of difference in the number of fans and dehumidifiers is based on her sisters statement that she only saw us removing of eachOur drying tech recorded what he placed and the billing reflects the sameThe wall board she mentions being left out over the weekend was returned to the lumber yard that was to have covered itNo one was available to allow the delivery to be put inside.As for the broken blind and set of curtains, if she had informed us we would have immediately taken action to replace or pay for themThis is the first we have heard of this problemIf she wishes to send us an invoice for the replacement of the blind and curtains we will gladly re-reimburse her for like kind and quality. I have been in touch with the customer and we are currently addressing his concerns on his pool

We have a gutter company scheduled to replace the gutter this weekI apologize for the delay
