***: I am sorry for your struggles with the Pro-Tracker system. As stated in our manual on our website that you ordered the system from. Gary had told me that you stated you had read the manual and it states that you must cut your arrow 3.5" shorter to now allow for the carrier to be
screwed onto the arrow and on your rest when the bow is pulled back. He also stated that he ask you if you had done that and if the arrow was now on the rest when you pulled the arrow back. He stated that he ask you to please take a picture with your phone and send text it to him so he could try to see what the problem might be. Gary and myself tried to call you back several times after your call to our office and you would not take our calls. We are happy to work with you to see what the problem is and try to correct the problem you are having. The only way to do this is to see what you are doing. The carrier must be on the rest of your bow when you have it at full draw. I would like to know what the poundage of your and Josh's bow if you are both trying to use the systemThe order was for two transmitters for the bow and two transmitters for a crossbow. Have you used it on the crossbow or the bow, we will need to know. Depending on the crossbow you may not be able to shorten your boltBefore you turn it over to the Revdex.com I would think that you would like to see if everything was done correct. Prior to your ordering the product the manual and the warrantee information are on line for you to read and in plain sight so you now what you were getting and what them terms were. I am not inclined to change are refund policy in light of you yourself being very rude. I will refund in whole the amount that you paid for the additional items that were not in the original crossbow system that being the additional transmitters as long as they are unopened and unused. In order for us to do anything you must send them back to our office to be examined for any damage to the product. I would think that the Revdex.com was quite premature as we as not seen the product return. Please review the manual and the warrantee's stated in our manual.
