I hired Keith's Contracting to repair my concrete patio I paid $cash as a 1/deposit The first step was that the patio needed to be power washed He didn't have a power washer and needed to use mine which wasn't for commercial use, just a rather small homeowner's version It didn't do a good job and he then was looking for an additional $cash to basically start the job When I saw how he was planning to do the job, I refused to give him any more money as it would be a sort of "band-aid cure" and not professionally done I called and called numerous times, leaving many messages on his phone all to no avail as he never returned my calls I am out $for a simple and lousy power washing which I could have done myself Never, never would I recommend this business to anyoneDo not give him cash as you will surely have a hard time reaching him
I'm only sorry that I didn't check Revdex.com before hiring him
Promised to replace our old roof, delivered poor service, never finished completele, roof is leakingTook our money and ran away, called him many times, no response
Keith and I signed a contract to complete a flooring job on a specific dateHe was recommended to me by a mutual friendI was moving in to a new home and my lease was expiring on my apartment, so we agreed on getting the floor done in that time frame so I could move in to my home after the floor was done so furniture would not be in the way of laying the floorHe took money towards labor and materialsHe did the demo of ripping up the carpet the day after we signed the contract (even though I told him I'd do that demo to save money, but he told me he'd have the floors done before I could rip up the carpet), but then didn't return to work to lay the new flooringHe didn't deliver the materials I paid for and abandoned the jobHe would tell me via text message he would be going to my house to lay floor and he did not show up and didn't complete workHe then would tell me he'd be there the next day and was notHe did eventually deliver a few boxes of the flooring and lay some down
