Review: I purchased a 2010 Lincoln Mks from Keiths Auto Sale in the first week of March 2016. That very same week I had to return the car for a loaner and they sent it to the local Lincoln dealership because the am/fm, bluetooth audio, cd player and speakers did not work.. I picked up the Lincoln on Wedsnday March 23, and about an hour later the same problem occured. I once again was put back into the loaner car. On April 8, 2016, My Lincoln will have been out of commission for 30 days and I would very much like to pursue the Lemon Law if possibleDesired Settlement: I would just like to be able to pick a car for equal or lesser value

Good Afternoon,We received the notice of a complaint against us, we are greatly saddened by this turn of events but unfortunately, even when we go above & beyond, we are not able to please everyone.The customer did purchase a vehicle from us & shortly after purchase contacted us to let us know his radio was not functioning properly. Up until that point we had had no problems with the radio in the vehicle & he did not notice any on his test drive. However, even though it was not covered under the warranty that came with the vehicle, we agreed to fix the radio at no cost to the customer. Since it was a Lincoln, we requested he take the car to the dealer to have it fixed. We supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle free of charge. The parts needed to fix the radio are on back order so we allowed the customer to keep the loaner vehicle, still at no cost, so he was not inconvenienced further. There was no indication the customer was anything but completely satisfied (& had expressed his gratitude several times) until we received this complaint.
